We’ve created something truly special – a fast-paced, hands-on, well-compensated Mentorship program designed to help you learn in one year, what most might in five! Our goal is to take your education & transform it into real-world confidence & skill, setting you up for long-term success as a veterinarian.

This isn’t just another first-year job. As a 5th Year, you’ll rotate through a variety of disciplines & Advanced Skills Labs, gaining high-impact, real-world experience in the program of your choice. We currently offer ECC or GP-focused Mentorship programs in Arizona, Utah, & Idaho!:

Advanced Skills Labs & Training

Emergency & Critical Care – Learn to stabilize & manage life-threatening cases.
Advanced Surgery Lab – Gain hands-on surgical experience! Liver lobectomy, Perianal hernia repairs, Nephrectomy, & many more!
Dentistry & 3D CT – Master dental extractions & learn how we utilize 3d CT imaging for dentistry!
Abdominal Procedures, Tubes & Taps – Perform chest tubes, abdominocentesis, thoracocentesis, & more!
